“We didn’t receive a business card from the gentleman who was here – but he has helped us before. We hoped we would be able to have his services again, as he knew more about the house plumbing structure and would not need as much time to find things. The first visit to our house was timely, as pipes had nearly rusted through. He fixed everything on the spot and didn’t leave us “high and dry” so to speak. The second time he came he sorted out a leaky tap, quickly and without too much cost involved. He signed the invoice – but we can not make out his signature – we simply call him Mr Plumber.”

Called Mr Plumber for a burst pipe on a Sunday afternoon. Phone answered immediately unlike their larger competitors – explained the cost, arrived in 30 minutes, fixed and paid within the hour – perfect.

The team was able to answer immediately and get a plumber on site in 3 hours. And I said it wasn't a rush.
Fixing the issue required a spare part. They keep me advised of progress in getting it. A perfect job of communication and managing expectations. A few days later I noticed a small defect. Again, they had it fixed in a few hours.
