I found this company to be fantastic after we discovered a water leak (the pipe taking wastewater from our dishwasher had split ).Mr Plumber was easy to contact , the on duty plumber was Nader and he promptly called me with his e.t.a and was on time when he arrived .The job was well done, and considering it was on a Sunday, the charge was reasonable .I will definitely use them again .

Murphy Law brought about my experience with Mr Plumber. It was nearly midnight, in the middle of a long weekend, when I located a leak in the ceiling. In my panicked Googling of ’emergency plumbers’, I selected Mr Plumber (probably because their radio jingle started playing in my head!)They sent me the genius that is Nader, who saved the day by tracking down the leak like Columbo.What was a stressful situation was made much less so thanks to Nader and Mr Plumber. And as much as I hope I never find myself in that situation again, whatever the plumbing job, I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to Mr Plumber, or recommend them to others.

Very happy with the workmanship and the plummer Mark who came to do the job. He had to go under the house as he repaired the hot water heater then change the valves.That in our place is not the easiest.Mark gave lots of good advice and finished this work properly.There had been a big breakdown on the main water system and this caused problems on the private property’s water supply when it came back on.Mark was discrete and did not stop working.

Mark did a great job. 👏🏻Just be aware that they insist on payment BEFORE the tradie leaves your premise – which I promptly complied with.I’ve had numerous tradies including house cleaners, sparkies, painters, builders, lawnmowing and landscaping businesses that have NEVER insisted on same day payments for any of their jobs.This rule of payment IMMEDIATELY on job completion just gives the job a dark and negative look and especially make customers look untrustworthy in general… understandably, I suppose due to Bruce’s (owner) encounters with a handful of untrustworthy customers in the recent past. And I respect Bruce’s decision on how he wants to run his business. But in principle, and as a self-respectful person, I wouldn’t want to do business with them in future purely on these grounds, as conveyed to Bruce.Wish you the very best, Bruce and I sincerely hope that you do come across more people in future who can win back your faith and trust in people (read customers) who ultimately go to make your business and brand! 👍🏻
