The team was able to answer immediately and get a plumber on site in 3 hours. And I said it wasn't a rush.
Fixing the issue required a spare part. They keep me advised of progress in getting it. A perfect job of communication and managing expectations. A few days later I noticed a small defect. Again, they had it fixed in a few hours.

Paul Noyes made a very competent and professional job of fixing a serious sewage problem at our house. He discussed options with us and kept us up-to-date as more and more problems were found.
